Delete Your ClubWatch Account

ClubWatch (developed by Romisys) makes it simple to request deletion of your account and associated data. Follow the steps below to submit your request.

How to Request Account Deletion

    Open your email client and send a message to support@romisys.com.

    Send the email from the same email address used to register your ClubWatch account. This is required so we can verify ownership of the account.

    In the subject line or body, request that your account be deleted. For example: “Please delete my ClubWatch account.”

    Our team will confirm receipt and process your deletion request. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been removed.

What Data Is Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data associated with your ClubWatch account is permanently removed from our systems:

  • Account profile information (name, email address, phone number)
  • Registered club units and device pairings
  • App preferences and settings
  • Location data and GPS history collected from your devices
  • Digital scorecards, round history, and club analytics
  • AI swing analysis videos and results
  • CW Social profile, posts, messages, and connections
  • Support correspondence tied to your account

What Data May Be Retained

Certain limited information may be retained after account deletion when required by law, for fraud prevention, or for legitimate business records:

  • Transaction and purchase records: retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and financial regulations.
  • Subscription billing records: retained as required by applicable consumer protection and payment processing requirements.
  • Anonymized analytics: aggregated, de-identified usage data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely to improve our service.
  • Legal or safety records: information necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements may be retained for the period required by law.

Backup copies of deleted data are purged from our backup systems within 30 days of the deletion request being processed.

Processing Time
